Did you ever read a book that you liked so much...

that you want to recommend it to everyone? This summer my favorite book was WATER FOR ELEPHANTS by Sara Gruen.  It's a wonderful story about a circus experience, and it's told in reminiscences from a 93 year old man.  I recommend it. I always welcome book recommendations so feel free to post your favorite books. 

P.S. WATER FOR ELEPHANTS is exceptional in audio book format as well.

Thanks for your suggestion...I was looking for something good to read next and I think I'll try this. One of the Librarians also recommended I read "A Thousand Splendid Suns" which I'm going to start reading now.
