You need to know that while summer is great for some down time, it’s never healthy to totally shut down and become lazy. This summer, you should try to:
Read learn something new and for fun - how about a new author you wanted to try or a book a friend recommended or how about coming to the Suffern Library and visiting the TEEN room and just seeing what is new.
Try solving problems - Try doing a big jigsaw puzzle with friends on the next rainy day it will exercise your brain. Not your thing, how about Suduku or how about typing in brainteasers in google and trying some of the puzzles that come up. This will keep your brain nice and sharp until school starts again.
Get some exercise- How about a summer sports league, or swimming at the town pool or a friends pool or just going for a bike ride. Keep your muscles moving!
